These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Affiliate Program operated by Goldshape (trading as Artbeats), a Belgian company registered under VAT BE0783.422.577, with registered office in Berchem, 2600, Belgium (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering as an affiliate and using our program (powered by SliceWP for WooCommerce), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced herein.
1. Program Overview
Our affiliate program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”, “you”) to earn commissions by referring customers to https://artbeatjewels.com using unique referral links.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
You must complete the affiliate registration form truthfully, including your name, email, and payment information (PayPal or as otherwise agreed).
We may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Affiliates must provide a valid VAT / Tax ID if applicable for invoicing or tax compliance purposes.
3. Commissions
Commission rate: 5 % of the net sale price, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Commission applies to valid purchases completed through your referral link within the cookie duration (see Section 4).
Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission.
Commissions are tracked automatically through SliceWP and will appear in your affiliate dashboard once approved.
Payment Schedule
Payouts are processed monthly, within 30 days after the end of each month.
Minimum payout threshold: €50 (or equivalent in other currencies). Balances under this amount roll over to the next period.
Payments are made via PayPal to the address provided in your account. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and current.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
4. Tracking and Cookie Duration
Tracking is handled by the SliceWP plugin integrated with WooCommerce.
When a visitor clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser.
The cookie duration is 30 days. If the visitor makes a purchase within that period, you will receive a commission.
If another affiliate’s link is used later, the most recent valid referral (last-click attribution) receives the commission.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
Promote our products honestly and ethically, based on genuine information.
Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Not use spam, unsolicited emails, bots, or misleading social media tactics.
Not purchase paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) that bid on our brand name (“Artbeats”, “Goldshape”, or misspellings thereof).
Not create websites, domains, or social handles that impersonate or could confuse users about being officially operated by us.
Not use content or images in violation of our intellectual property rights.
Represent the relationship truthfully — you are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or partner of Artbeats.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold unpaid commissions if we reasonably believe you violated these standards or harmed our brand reputation.
6. Legal Disclosure Requirements (FTC / EU)
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Artbeats whenever promoting our products.
Acceptable disclosures include statements such as:
“As an Artbeats affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”
or
“This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase through my link, I may receive a commission.”
Disclosures must be:
Visible and unambiguous (not hidden in footers or separate pages).
Compliant with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and EU consumer transparency laws.
Failure to include proper disclosure may lead to removal from the program.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
We process affiliate data (e.g., contact details, payment info, performance data, IP address) solely to manage your participation in the affiliate program, track referrals, and pay commissions.
Processing is based on contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b)).
Data is handled via SliceWP and stored within our WooCommerce system.
We retain affiliate data as long as the account is active or as required by law for accounting/tax purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use our approved banners, logos, and text links for the sole purpose of promoting Artbeats products.
You may not alter our brand assets, claim ownership, or use them in a misleading or defamatory manner.
All intellectual property rights remain with Artbeats.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice (including by email).
Upon termination:
You must remove all Artbeats links, banners, and brand materials from your website and social channels.
Any pending commissions on valid orders placed before termination will be paid in the next cycle, unless the termination was for breach of these terms.
Breaches involving fraud, deception, or brand harm may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The affiliate program and website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking, the website, or payouts in the event of system failure or third-party downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or affiliate protection rights under applicable law.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
