1) Quick Summary

Custom heartbeat jewelry: Final sale — no cancellation, return, or exchange for change of mind (each piece is crafted from your unique heartbeat and specifications).

Non-custom accessories (charms): 14-day return window for change of mind if unused and in original condition.

Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items (all products): We will repair, remake, replace, or refundaccording to consumer law.

Your rights: Nothing here limits your statutory rights (EU/UK, AU/NZ, CA, US state laws, and other mandatory rules).
2) Custom Heartbeat Jewelry (made to your specifications)
No change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
At checkout, both consents are required:

“I agree that my heartbeat curve will be used to make the ordered jewelry.”

“I agree that custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.”
Once an order is placed, production is locked.
Normal handcrafted characteristics (not defects). For sterling silver, brass, gold-plated sterling silver, and gold-plated brass, the following are natural variations and not considered defects:

Minor polishing lines, micro-scratches, or tool marks visible only under bright light or magnification

Slight hue or brightness differences due to alloy, plating bath, or finishing variations

Natural oxidation or patina over time

Equivalent chain or clasp substitutions of equal quality or weight when supply requires
Heartbeat-segment dimensions. The listed dimensions (necklace approx. 24 × 13 mm; bracelet approx. 20 × 11 mm) are indicative averages. Because each piece is generated from the customer’s unique heartbeat waveform, the final design may differ slightly in proportion or scale. Such variation is inherent to the customization process and is not a defect or deviation from description.
3) Production & Shipping Timelines

Dispatch time for custom items: within 5 business days after order placement.

We do not guarantee or accept deadlines for specific delivery dates.
4) Problems with Your Order (Statutory Remedies)
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described (e.g., wrong material or finish), contact hello@artbeatjewels.com with your order number and clear photos.
Transport damage: Please report as soon as possible, ideally within 1 day and no later than 2 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected if reported later.
Assessment & remedy: We will review and, where applicable, repair, remake, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping for issues: For approved problem cases, we will supply a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs.
5) Non-Custom Items (Charms) — 14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
How to start a return:
1. Email hello@artbeatjewels.com within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your withdrawal for charms. You may (optionally) attach our Return/Withdrawal Form (available on our Returns & Refunds page). Your right is valid once you inform us by email; we will issue an RMA to help track your return.
2. Sending back the item:
Please send the goods back within 14 days after informing us. You can either:

Request our return label (free for damaged items, for change-of-mind returns the label cost will be deducted from your refund)

Use your own carrier at your expense.
3. Condition: Charms must be unused or only handled as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If handling goes beyond this (e.g., wear/use), we may deduct any loss in value from the refund in line with consumer law.
4. Original shipping: If you exercise your 14-day withdrawal right for charms, we refund the price and the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery (if any). Paid supplementary delivery upgrades (e.g., express) are not refunded.
Faulty or not-as-described charms: §4 applies — we cover return shipping and repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Note: We no longer include a return form or label in the parcel. The Return/Withdrawal Form is available for download on our site, and a return label (where applicable) is provided after you contact us.
6) What Is Not a Defect

Normal handcrafted characteristics described in §2

Wear and tear, scratches, dents, bending, chemicals (e.g., chlorine, perfumes), impact damage, or improper storage/cleaning

Wrong size or fit chosen by the customer (we do not resize or remake for sizing)
7) Returns Process (Any Approved Return)

Email us: Contact hello@artbeatjewels.com with your order number, photos (if relevant), and your reason for return.

RMA & instructions: We email you an RMA and confirm whether your case is problem-related (we cover shipping) or change-of-mind (shipping cost deducted if you use our label).

Form (optional but helpful): Download and include our Return/Withdrawal Form from the Returns & Refunds page to help us process quickly.

Pack & ship: Pack securely (ideally in original packaging) and include all parts/freebies. Use the label we provide by email or your own carrier (per §5).

Inspection: We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receipt and confirm the outcome by email.
8) International Returns (Outside EU/UK)

If you use our label, follow our emailed instructions; we’ll configure it for Returned Goods where possible.

If you use your own carrier, clearly mark the parcel: “Returned Goods – no commercial value.”

If customs duties or VAT are re-charged to us on a change-of-mind return, we may deduct those amounts from your refund.

If the return is due to our error (fault/damage/not as described), we cover reasonable return costs and won’t deduct customs charges.
9) Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We process refunds promptly — typically within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

If you exercise your 14-day withdrawal right for charms, we will refund within 14 days of being informed, and we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
10) No Commercial Warranty
We do not provide a commercial warranty. Your statutory rights (EU/UK legal conformity, AU/NZ consumer guarantees, CA provincial rights, US state law) remain fully preserved.
11) Region-Specific Information

EU/UK: Personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right; remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods apply.

US: No general federal right to return; remedies for defective/misdescribed goods apply under state law.

AU/NZ/CA: You retain statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
This policy applies in addition to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
